Co-manage inventory
Access their airbnb, vrbo, and/or reservation calendars

Owner is updated and compensated or billed monthly via an Owner Statement
BMVR collects all guest payments including deposits
BMVR can pay the quarterly bed tax for the owner and can address that as an expense on the monthly Owner Statement
BMVR will cover most expenses including cleaning expenses and address those expenses monthly
BMVR is a licensed and insured single-member LLC in the State of Montana. All finances are managed through business accounts.
