This two-bedroom one-bath full-kitchen home is fully stocked and ready for guests. The home includes a keyless entry, WiFi, baseboard hot water radiant heat, a wood stove, two smart televisions with access to local channels, garbage, washer, and dryer. Guests have access to the garage but will not be able to park a vehicle in it. There is a dishwasher, coffee makers, microwave, electric range and oven, fridge, and more. There are linens for the two bedrooms. There is some wood for the fireplace but guests should plan on purchasing wood if they plan to use the fireplace. Guests can use their own Prime, Netflix or other digital accounts to access even more television. The WiFi Speed: 115 Mbps Down 9.5 Mbps Up. There is a new grill on the side patio. The queen mattress and all pillows are fitted with protectors.

This home is available for one or two guests.

Guests are encouraged to purchase renters insurance. This is something we can help with. A fully refundable $1500 deposit may be collected.

Guests will need to bring the garbage to the street weekly and are responsible for shoveling the walk.

No pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outside. No events are allowed.

The cleaning fee is $350. This includes a mid-stay cleaning for stays of 30 days or more.
